Fabrication Capabilities

High-capacity sandblasting and painting facilities to accommodate the customers needs.
Our machine shop includes a variety of lathes and milling equipment.
Maximum tank size is currently 14'-0" diameter.

Main Shop:

46,560 sq. ft. of fabrication area served by ten 10-ton, two 5-ton and one 3-ton overhead bridge
cranes in three 60 ft. and one 40 ft. wide fabricating bay.

18,000 sq. ft. of indoor and 47,240 sq. ft. of outdoor raw material storage.

24,000 sq. ft. of fabricated material lay down area all accessible by overhead crane.
Our facility is serviced by the BNSF Railway system.

Material management is accomplished through an integrated software package.
This manages the material from the estimate, fabrication, certification and shipping processes.

Beam Line:

100 ton, 5-punch, automated beam line in tandem with a horizontal band saw.

Max beam depth is 36".

60' in feed and discharge conveyors complimented by transfer tables.

Data is exchanged with popular detailing software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Manual programming capabilities.

Plasma Cutting:

11' x 22'-6" cutting surface serviced by a 200 amp hi-density plasma supply and a downdraft table.

Pierce capacity on mild steel is 1-1/4".

Descaling System:

Pangborn 4 wheel shot blaster.

Maximum sizes are 36" deep, wide flange shape and 72" wide plate.

Cambering Machine:

333 ton cambering press.

Capacities are w36 X 210 in 36ksi and w36 X 150 in 50ksi material.

Welding Processes:

SMAW, GMAW, FCAW & SAW

Our welding personnel are all qualified to AWS D1.1.

Oxy Fuel Cutting:

Up to 4", table size is 6' X 20'.

Band Saws:

Maximum stock material size is 20" x 44".

Drilling:

Maximum radial drill is a 13" column with 4' reach.

Machining Center:

CNC controlled, 20' X 40' table travel.

Iron Workers:

120 ton & 60 ton.
The 120 ton punch features a CNC controlled table. Data is exchanged with popular detailing
software to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Manual programming is also available.

Shears:

12' X 1/2" with SC2 backguage control & 10' X 3/16.

Press Brakes:

Maximum 225 ton, 18' overall, 16' between housings.

Rollers:

Maximum 10 ft. of 5/8" plate.

Rebar Shop:

With 7,200 sq. ft. of fabrication area served by a 10-ton crane with 6,000 sq. ft. of
fabricated lay down area.

Bender:

Maximum #11 bar.

Shear:

#2 Milwaukee shear.

Roller:

Maximum #8 rebar.
